This patient is quite thin and was interested in a breast augmentation to create a fuller, more feminine appearance to her breasts. I used 421 cc cohesive gel implants placed through a small incision hidden under her breasts for her augmentation procedure, which gives her the look she wants, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
