This young woman was interested in a fuller appearance to her breasts and a lifted appearance after having had children. I performed a breast augmentation (371 cc silicone breast implants) and full breast lift using silk scaffold to act as internal support for her breast tissue and implant (much like an “internal bra”) creating a very nice, full appearance that should maintain its shape over time, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
