This lovely 26-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 285cc Moderate Plus projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely and balanced with the rest of her frame, and her post-op photos taken 1 year after her surgery also demonstrate a shape and look that is maintained over time.
