This 23-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement to balance her frame. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, and managed to improve the shape of the lower poles of her breasts as well. We placed 355 cc Moderate Plus projection implants to create results that are nicely balanced with the rest of her body, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
