This patient was interested in a very modest breast augmentation to complement her otherwise thin, athletic frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 265 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants placed thorough an incision underneath the breasts to create a very nice, balanced look, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
