This 30-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement and improvement of breast symmetry. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts. We placed a 355 cc Moderate Plus projection implant on her right side and a 325 cc implant on the left in order to improve symmetry. Her results are lovely and balanced with her frame, as seen in her 2 month post-op photos.
