This patient had somewhat narrow breasts and wanted a saline breast augmentation to create more fullness and balance her frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 330 cc saline implants, filled to 360 cc on her right side and 340 cc on her left side, placed through an incision hidden in the crease of her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
