This patient was interested in a lifted and fuller appearance to her breasts, in particular in the upper portion of her breasts. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with breast lift using 371 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants to create a fuller, more youthful look to her breasts, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
