This 44-year-old woman had had a previous breast lift with another surgeon. She was now interested in improving the overall shape and fullness of her breasts and was interested in a breast augmentation. I performed a breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel or “gummy bear:” implants placed using a portion of her lift incisions, 385 cc High projection implants placed behind the muscle. With this technique, we were able to create more upper pole fullness and allow the nipple to now appear centered on the breast mounds. The post-op photos taken 3 months after her procedure show a dramatic result in keeping with the patient’s goals for the surgery.
