This patient was interested in a rhinoplasty, with particular attention to adding a bridge to her nose as well as narrowing the width of her nose. These 2 characteristics (a flat nasal bridge and a wide nose at its base) are common in many patients and we are able to create a nice result with a combination of a nasal implant to build up her nasal bridge as well as narrowing of the base of her nose. Her photos, taken 6 weeks after her surgery, show a nice, natural result and a nose more in balance with the rest of her face.
