This 23-year-old woman was interested in more dramatic breast enhancement to balance her frame. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts. We placed a 440 cc high projection implant on her right side and a 415 cc implant on the left in order to improve symmetry. Her results are nicely balanced with the rest of her body, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
