This 34-year-old woman had had several previous breast surgeries, including removal of submuscular saline implants that were causing her animation deformities. We reviewed different options for her and together agreed on placing textured, silicone gummy bear implants in front of her muscle, utilizing small incisions in the folds of her breasts. We placed Moderate Plus projections implants, 325 cc on the left breast and 305 cc on the right breast, to create a beautiful, balanced result both at 6 weeks post-op and again at 1 year post-op.
