This 27-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 305 cc Moderate Plus projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely and balanced with the rest of her frame, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
