This patient had lost much of the fullness of the upper portion of her breasts after having had children and wanted a breast augmentation to help improve this look. I performed a breast augmentation with 397 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
