The patient was interested in a more dramatic, rounder, fuller appearance to her breasts, in particular in the upper portion of her chest. I performed a breast augmentation with high profile 600 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
