This woman was interested in improving her jawline and neckline as well as the 'tired' appearance of her eyes, but wanted to maintain a very natural result. I performed a lower face and neck lift and an upper eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty) and the postop photos are taken just 6 weeks after her procedure. These 2 procedures combined to give her a very nice refreshed appearance without a 'pulled' or 'operated on' look.
