This woman in her late 40s was interested in rejuvenating her lower face and neck. I performed a lower face and necklift with particular attention to removal of excess fat, tightening of the neckline and defining the jawline. The 6 week postop photos show a wonderful improvement, a more youthful appearance, and incisions that are well-hidden even with shorter hair.
