Case 21

This young woman was unhappy with the length of her nose, the hump, and the drooping tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty through incisions inside the nose, and with this approach, I was able to reduce the hump, refine the tip, and create balance with the rest of her face, as seen in the postop photos are taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
