This young, very thin woman was interested in a breast augmentation and lift to create a fuller appearance to her breasts. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with breast lift using high profile 450 cc silicone implants, and we chose high profile implants to match and balance her breast width and chest width. This created a balanced, more youthful look to her breasts, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
