This woman is her 40s was interested in a breast reduction that would not only alleviate her upper back and neck pain but that would create a breast size and shape that was youthful and balanced with the rest of her body. I performed a vertical breast reduction through which I was able to create a nice shape to the breast, reduce the size, and give her breasts a more pleasing overall appearance.
