Case 2

This young man had gynecomastia surgery performed by another surgeon, leaving him significant divots or contour irregularities under each nipple. I corrected these areas with fat grafting, taking a small amount of fat from another r part of his body and using it to contour the areas under each nipple. This created a smooth contour and very nice final result, as seen in the postop photos taken 6 months after his procedure.
