Case 15

This patient had undergone surgery for weight loss and had lost a significant amount of weight, leaving her with a large amount of loose, hanging skin. I performed a full abdominoplasty to not only remove the excess skin and fat but to also improve the contour of her abdomen and tighten her abdominal muscles, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
