This is a healthy woman in her 30s who despite diet and exercise had areas of stubborn excess skin and fat along her upper back. We performed a Braline Backlift and excised the excess skin and fat using an incision hidden along her bra or bikini line. This creates a dramatic result, even lifting some loose skin along her hips and flanks, as seen in her postop photos taken just 6 weeks after her surgery.
