This woman in her 50s was interested in removing stubborn excess skin and fat of her upper back that was most noticeable when she wore a bra on swimsuit. We performed a Braline Backlift to remove excess skin and fat in this area, contour the upper back and hide the incision right along the braline. The postop photos taken 2 months later show excellent upper back contour and shape with a well-concealed incision.
