Seattle Plastic Surgeon Dr. Shahram Salemy Named to Newsweek’s Prestigious List of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons 2025
[Seattle, WA, August 13, 2025] – National recognition has once again found its way to Seattle as Dr. Shahram Salemy, a board-certified plastic surgeon and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine, has been honored on Newsweek’s elite list of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons 2025. This prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on July 30th, 2025, and can be viewed on Newsweek’s website.
During a 3 month survey, over 8,400 votes for plastic surgeons were submitted by thousands of medical experts. Plastic surgeons were assessed on their quality of care, and received additional vote counts if they possessed certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Based on the results of the survey, Dr. Shahram Salemy was awarded with the Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons 2025 honor for four cosmetic surgery procedures: Breast Augmentation, Liposuction, Facelift, and Rhinoplasty.
