This patient was very unhappy with the heavy bags of her lower eyelids that always gave her a tired look. Lower eyelid surgery is always a balancing act, and the trick is to take out enough of the excess fat as well as loose skin but maintain a natural look. Her postop photos were taken 6 weeks after her procedure, and I think they show a nice result, in balance with the rest of her features, without an “operated On” or “cat eye” appearance.
