This woman was interested in refreshing her appearance but still maintaining a nice, natural look.  I performed an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, and a lower face and necklift.  This has created a balanced appearance between her eyes and her lower face, cheeks, and jawline, as seen in her before and after photos:
