This woman in her 30s was interested in regaining her pre-baby body, and perhaps even enhancing it a bit. She wanted a significant breast enhancement as well as contouring and flattening of her abdomen, so I performed a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) as well as a breast augmentation with cohesive gel silicone breast implants, to create a dramatic result, as seen in her postop photo taken 8 weeks after her procedure.
