These before and after photos show the type of results that we can achieve with a mommy makeover, specifically the dramatic improvement in the shape of both the breasts and abdomen. The before photo is really common for women after childbirth– the abdominal wall muscles have stretched during pregnancy, and the tummy appears more projected (further forward) than the breasts. We try to correct this relationship between the position of the breasts and abdomen with a mommy makeover (for this patient we performed a tummy tuck and breast augmentation), by flattening the abdomen and improving the size, shape and fullness of the breasts:
