This woman was interested in rejuvenation of her breasts and abdomen after having had children, but wanted to maintain a very modest appearance, in particular when it came to choosing an implant size. I performed a mommy makeover with breast augmentation (304 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants), a full breast lift as well as a tummy tuck, to not only create a more youthful appearance but better balance between her breasts and waistline, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
