This young thin woman was interested in a very modest breast augmentation to balance her narrow, athletic frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 265 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants placed through a small incision hidden under her breasts, creating a result very balanced with her frame, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
