This woman had lost much of the volume of her breasts after having children and was interested in a breast augmentation to create a more youthful, fuller appearance to her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 397 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her postop photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
